HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder, as your email may have filtered into that folder.

I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
  • Once you have placed your order you can't change it. You can however request an exchange in size once you have received your items. You may email info@rebelliousprestige.com to exchange. You may only change the size of the items in your order. 
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
  • If you do not receive an email from Rébellious Prestigé within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.
  • Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. Please make sure your email address is correct before you place your order to make sure you receive all order updates.
  • Alternatively, to check your orders, log into your Rebellious Prestige account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Your order will process within 2-7 business days. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.

  • We ship worldwide! International shipping takes roughly 10-20 business days in transit. Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be longer. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to Customs. Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.

WHAT ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS?
  • All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Intimates, and Accessories are a final sale. In addition, all sale items are also final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
  • We do not issue refunds. We offer exchanges only on the same item if it is damaged or you need a different size. Before returning an item for an exchange please email info@rebelliousprestige.com to initiate the exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
