We offer Exchanges Only! 

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your exchange request by emailing You may exchange items for a different size or if the item arrived damaged. Please note that we verify items condition before we ship them. Items should not be washed or worn. They should in original condition and have the original tags still attached with no deodorant, makeup stains, or any scents on them. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will only be responsible for the shipping fees if we accidentally sent wrong or defective items. Please do not return items without contacting us. Upon exchange approval, you will be given the address to send item(s). All returns must have a tracking number.

Items that can not be exchanged:
Any hygienic items: lingerie, swimsuits, bodysuits etc. Sale items, accessories, and worn items may not be exchanged.
